White Polka Dots Returns and Exchanges
All returns must be approved prior to sending items back. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to setup your return.
White Polka Dots will gladly accept returns on your purchase directly from WhitePolkaDots.com if returned within 30 days of the purchase date, unless otherwise stated herein. The item must be delivered to our warehouse no more than 30 days after the date of purchase. For presale items returns must be delivered to our warehouse no more than 30 days after the item is shipped to you.
Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, with original tags and tickets attached. No returns will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn. Clothes must not have a perfume, smoke, or any other smell as this item cannot be resold.
Returns or Exchanges by Mail
Merchandise may be returned by mail via UPS or insured USPS (to the address below). Your name and address and order number must be included on the label (packages will not be accepted without a return name and address). Allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

For merchandise returns for new merchandise, please follow the instructions below:
Preparing your return:
- Make a copy of the packing slip for your records.
- Use the original packaging or strong corrugated carton.
- To expedite your return/exchange, insert the packing slip.
- Pack and tape your package securely.
- For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post. (We cannot accept C.O.D.)
- Make sure to include your name and order number inside your package as well.
- YOU MUST INCLUDE REASON FOR RETURN IN YOUR PACKAGE. IF WE DO NOT HAVE A RETURN REASON, WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR RETURN.
Special Products and Exceptions
White Polka Dots Returns Policy is subject to change, for any or no reason, from time to time in White Polka Dot Bows' sole discretion without advance notice. Holiday items such as but not limited to St. Patrick's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc may not be returned after the holiday as they are seasonal items.
